Liverpool saw three giants travel across the city; Little Girl Giant, Giant Uncle and Xolo the dog. I didn’t have a great deal of time and didn’t get overly close but got some good photos. To go tomorrow as well? Hmmmm……

Bleep Machine

A brand based on an experimental music festival, which I completed in second year of uni. The main logo is a digital version of a drawing/doodle created while listening to experimental music, and is made up of several lines representing different instruments within the piece of music. The promotional products range from flip books and badges to interactive postcards and phone charms. 

A Type Primer

This project was a great start to my second year at uni, allowing me to look at type and different types of paper. The brief was to re-design the book ‘A Type Primer’ as a limited edition copy. When the cover of the book is opened, the cutout letters create shadows on the inside pages, and is made of high quality textured paper creating a sense of luxury. 

Another Kind of Love
Looking back to this project, it has to be one of my favourite projects. It was definitely the start of my love with paper crafts and influenced my honours project massively. I recently bought some multi-coloured quilling paper so hopefully I’ll be doing some more quilling soon :) 

Well, over the past couple of months I’ve found myself posting a number of photos on Facebook and Twitter sharing to friends and family what I’ve been up to, so I thought I’d give blogging a go. I know my friend Clare will at least enjoy my blogging and updates on current projects (and I’m sure she’ll also nag me when I haven’t blogged). It may take a while to put everything on that I’ve done over the past couple of years but hopefully once I get into it, I’ll be blogging all day every day. :)
